Ice Dippers Berlin is a free and open community that has been meeting since 2017 for guided breathwork and cold water dips in Berlin lakes from November to March, collecting donations for the Berliner Kältehilfe along the way. The group has no affiliation with Wim Hof Method Inc.

Where we dip today
Some older articles still mention places where we no longer meet, such as Treptower Park or Weißer See. In season 26/27 you will find us at Plötzensee and in Alt-Stralau on Saturdays, and at Schlachtensee on Sundays.
