Ice Dippers Berlin

A free and open lake community since 2017, where we breathe together before the dip and share tea afterwards, collecting donations for the Berliner Kältehilfe.

Groups · Free, donations invited · Lake / river

Wedding, Stralau, Schlachtensee — Saturdays 10:00 (Schlachtensee Sundays 10:00), November–March (inaugural dip 31 Oct in Alt-Stralau)

Beginner-friendly · English-friendly

Jakob and Philipp lead the dips at Plötzensee and Schlachtensee, and Krister leads the circle in Alt-Stralau, all of them in English and German. We are no registered club and have no affiliation with Wim Hof Method Inc., and our code of conduct applies at every dip as well as in our chats, which we keep free of advertising.
