An indoor and outdoor recovery studio offering guided sauna and ice bath sessions, which you can also book through Urban Sports Club. It is paid and open all year.

A good choice if you would rather do contrast therapy with a roof over your head and a towel waiting for you than go into a lake in November. The studio is publicly listed at Schleusenufer 4 and has no connection to Ice Dippers.
